It is a pleasure to be a part of a progressive school and school district where learning is enhanced through the interaction of educational technology and a 21st century curriculum. Our recent K-12 technology initiative has given us the tools to meet the challenges that a technological society places on its workers.
Our goal at AHS has always been to help each student recognize their full potential and to achieve maximum growth and academic success. In order to accomplish this goal, a very close working relationship must exist among the board of education, administration, staff, parents, students and the community

Our high school, small in numbers (420) is very large in services and productivity. Students in our school excel in all areas from chorus to Advanced Placement courses. We have had students accepted and graduate from colleges and universities across the country. We offer a full range of school activities with everything from DECA to Hockey. Over ninety percent of our students are involved in one or more activities. Our staff is very well qualified and consists of many teachers with Master's degrees and many years of experience.
