Flu Shot Clinic

The response to the Flu Clinic in Altoona has been great! Due to the high response, the Eau Claire Health Department staff will now be coming to the Altoona Elementary School from 9:00 to 11:00 on Monday, October 21 to provide flu shots to the Elementary students. The clinic at the Altoona High School will be on, Tuesday, October 22 from 2:00 to 5:30. If you are interested in having your student receive a flu shot please fill out the attached consent form and return it to the school office by October 4^th.
