Application Process

The School District of Altoona does not accept unsolicited applications. Unsolicited application materials will not be processed. Teaching and Coaching Vacancies are posted at and may be searched via WECAN (Wisconsin Education Career Access Network).

With the exception of substitutes, applications for certified positions must be submitted through WECAN.

Professional Educator (Certified) Positions:	Support Positions:
Applications and required materials must be submitted through WECAN to include:	District Application Form for Support Positions *
Transcripts and three current letters of recommendation;	Resume
All other materials as directed in the WECAN posting.	Two Letters of Recommendation

Administrative Positions:	Coach/Advisor Positions:
Applications and required materials must be submitted through WECAN to include:	Applications must be submitted through WECAN
Resume
Transcripts	Substitutes - Teachers and Support Staff:
Three Current Letters of Recommendation	Information and required paperwork for teacher and support staff subs
Any other as noted in posting
