Enrichment Offerings K-8: Session 1 & 2 Registration Instructions & Class Descriptions
K-4 RAIL Classes are held at the Altoona Elementary School, 157 Bartlett Avenue (KB). They are open to our students entering grades K-4.
5-8 RAIL Classes are held at the Altoona Intermediate & Middle School, 1903 Bartlett Avenue. They are open to our students entering grades 5-8.

Free lunches are available at the Altoona Elementary School, 157 Bartlett Avenue, 11:00 am to 12:00 pm, June 15-25 and July 6-23.
This is open to all children/students up to age 18. No application necessary.
Please note: while the lunches are being served at the elementary school location on RAIL program dates, the lunch program is not a part of RAIL, but rather a part of the federal Summer Food Service Program. We were only able to offer it at the elementary school location due to federal guidelines, but it is open and free to all students (to age 18).
