AES ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - Apply through WECAN (Applications accepted from August 24 - September 7)
The School District of Altoona is currently accepting applications for an Administrative Assistant in the Altoona Elementary School. The Administrative Assistant is the front face of our school, and we are looking for a student centered, flexible, and upbeat person with good communication and organizational skills to help run the main office. Candidates should be able to assist students, parents, teachers and administration by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone and email. AES Special Education Paraprofessional - Apply through WECAN (Applications accepted from Sept 6 - 20th) (1 FT position and 2 PT positions available)
The School District of Altoona is currently accepting applications for Special Education Paraprofessionals in the Altoona Elementary School. This special education paraprofessional position will support students with IEPs in the elementary school building, working collaboratively with classroom teachers and special education staff to support students in their learning and personal growth.
This position will start ASAP. The PT positions will work Monday-Friday 7:45 - 1:15 pm, 5.5 hrs per day following the school calendar. Please contact Leslie Lancette at email@example.com.
LUNCH/RECESS SUPERVISOR - PART TIME (4 positions available)
Under the supervision of building principals, lunch and recess supervisors provide supervision in the lunch and/or recess areas which take place in each of our buildings during the school year. These roles take place during the lunch times with the specific times varying between each building.
