Altoona School Registration Information
How to Complete the Online Registration Process:
Complete all steps and SUBMIT the online forms (click on the Red Registration Box below)
** You may skip Step 5 if your child received their immunizations in the state of WI. Click Complete Step 5 and move to Step 6 button.
** You may skip Step 6 if you do not upload your child's birth certificate and proof of residency. Click Complete Step 6 and move to Step 7 button. (You will bring these required documents to the appropriate office after you have submitted your enrollment application.)
Documents Needed for School Registration
- Proof of student's age: Birth Certificate
- Proof of Residency (one of the following): Current Lease Agreement containing name, address, effective date, landlord's name, and signatures, or current utility bill (gas and electric) containing name and address
- Immunization form (required if vaccinations were not given in Wisconsin)
- Other important documents if applicable (IEP, court documents, etc.)

Your child does not need to be present for the enrollment process.

PLEASE NOTE: If you do not reside in our school district, you must apply for open enrollment and be accepted prior to completing the school enrollment/ registration process.
The Open Enrollment application period for 20/21/22 is February 1 - April 30, 2021.
If spaces remain, families may also apply during the Alternative Application period when it opens on July 1.
