How to Complete the Online Registration Process:

Complete all steps and SUBMIT the online forms (click on the Red Registration Box below)

** You may skip Step 5 if your child received their immunizations in the state of WI.  Click Complete Step 5 and move to Step 6 button. 

** You may skip Step 6 if you do not upload your child's birth certificate and proof of residency.  Click Complete Step 6 and move to Step 7 button.    (You will bring these required documents to the appropriate office after you have submitted your enrollment application.)

Documents Needed for School Registration

  1. Proof of student's age: Birth Certificate
  2. Proof of Residency (one of the following): Current Lease Agreement containing name, address, effective date, landlord's name, and signatures, or current utility bill (gas and electric) containing name and address
  3. Immunization form (required if vaccinations were not given in Wisconsin)
  4. Other important documents if applicable (IEP, court documents, etc.)

Visit the appropriate school office with the required documents listed below to complete the enrollment process:

Altoona Elementary School, Grades 4K-3

Altoona Intermediate School, Grades 4-5

Altoona Middle School, Grades 6-8

Altoona High School, Grades 9-12

Your child does not need to be present for the enrollment process.

PLEASE NOTE:  If you do not reside in our school district, you must apply for open enrollment and be accepted prior to completing the school enrollment/ registration process.

The Open Enrollment application period for 2020/21 was February 3 - April 30, 2020. The Alternative Application period opened on July 1. Follow the link above to access the application. Space is limited.
